Oroma

OROMA is an ongoing self-portrait photography project designed to explore my creative and intimate connection to the colour, orange. Most of the images are generally taken while home in Nigeria as an instrument to manage, reimagine, and reclaim memories that represent that fondness connected deeply to the concept of Home. The colour, for me, facilitates a sort of healing that allows me to reconcile with the loss, anxiety, and regret in having left.
