Light Music

The intention of these images is to reduce a photograph to its  essence - the transmission of light - and to turn light itself into  subject matter. All of these images were produced using  natural light transmitted through a prism. Materials that were  themselves transparent i.e. pyrex glass rods, prisms and window glass were employed to give shape and form to the light.
